기준일 및 주주명부 폐쇄기간 설정 공고

상법 제354조 및 당사 정관 제16조에 따라 [ 2026 ]년 [ 2 ]월 [ 23 ]일 현재 주주명부에 기재되어 있는 주주에게 제5기 정기주주총회의 의결권을 부여하며, 권리주주 확정을 위해 [ 2026 ]년 [ 2 ]월 [ 24 ]일 부터 [ 2026 ]년 [ 3 ]월 [ 6 ]일까지 주식의 명의개서, 질권의 등록 및 그 변경과 말소, 신탁재산의 표시 및 말소 등 주주명부의 기재사항 변경을 정지함을 공고합니다.

※ 기준일 관련 유의사항

2025년 결산기말(12. 31.)에 당사의 주식을 보유하더라도, 상기 기준일에 당사 주식을 보유하지 않는 경우 의결권이 부여되지 않으니 유의하시기 바랍니다.
